Picture: This is directly from the Walter Payton family and is priceless to his fans and those who love the Chicago Bears as well. Before his death Mr. Payton signed several items for his family/foundation/Walter Payton, Inc. to be sold after his death. This item is guaranteed authentic and hand-signed by Walter Payton in black sharpie. He even added "Sweetness" as an inscription. He then added a second inscription of "16,726" which is his final yard total. To insure there is no confusion over authenticity. Mr. Payton's company, Walter Payton, Inc., issued a Certificate of Authenticity with this and a corresponding numbered hologram on the autographed photo. To insure even further confidence, the Payton Company had a notary witness the signature and sign off on its authenticity. There are two 8 X 10 photos double matted and framed with two plaques in this 16 X 26 framed piece. The "A Legend Among Us" photo is hand-signed by Walter Payton. There are three pictures with this item in this listing. One shows the entire piece. The second one shows a closeup of the autograph. A third one shows the actual Certificate of Authenticity from Walter Payton, Inc. and Notary.
